¡¡¡¡Zaozhuang Meiliya Garment-making Co., Ltd. is located at the joint place between national highway 206 and Guangming road in Zaozhuang city, with a land of 30mu, 13,000sqm of buildings (first stage) and 3 plants (garment-making plant, printing plant and embroidery plant).
Our garment-making plant is equipped with 210 sets of "Juki"/"PEGASUS" apparatus, including knot tying machines, button hole machines, button-sewing machines, bend-teeth machines, zigzag looms, and so on. It has more than 220 workers, including 6 designers, 6 proofing persons, 8 merchandisers and several cutting workers, sewing workers and packers, etc.
At present, we mainly produce Men's/lady's Pajamas sets, Children's garments, pram suits, Men's/lady's briefs, Boxer Shorts, polar fleece and Velvet outer garment, etc; they are well sold in Japan, South America, EU and Hong Kong, etc.
There are 6 production lines (about 500 meters) in printing plant, which can process all kinds of printing treatments such as offset printing, water-based gold & silver paste, flocking, crazing printing, jet printing, and so on.
Our embroidery plant has 15 workers and 8 embroidering machines, all of them are "Tianniao" brand.
